Mr. Carapellucci contributes first hand knowledge of the design and construction process to the web enabled solutions offered through Project By Web, Inc., building on twenty years engineering project management experience for pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and other high tech facility design involving highly complex engineering principals, and complicated construction assemblies. 

 

Before joining Project By Web, Inc., Mr. Carapellucci was a Senior Manager with KPMG Consulting in Radnor, Pa., where he provided Strategy Technology consulting in the course of various Information Technology and due diligence engagements.

 

Prior to joining KPMG, Mr. Carapellucci was the Director of Engineering for the Philadelphia office of Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., a 10 Billion/yr + international engineering and construction firm.  In this capacity, he was responsible for establishing standards of quality, and leading the engineering and design review for all Philadelphia Office work engaged by the firm.  He held the same position with The Sigel Group, PC (Purchased by Jacobs in 1993)

 

Mr. Carapellucci received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.  Following his first 3 years in industry, he taught at the school, as a member of the adjunct faculty, under the direction of his undergraduate professor.

 

Mr. Carapellucci is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and several nearby states.  At the height of his facility engineering career he was concurrently licensed and working in 23 states as engineer of record for most of the Sigel/Jacobs work he participated in over a 10 year period.
